Traditional green screen comp with lots of hidden work.  Matched the color temperature of the car plate to that of the master BG base ((built using multiple plates).  Added things like hot light reflection on the A-pillar (camera left), added skidding tires' track marks on the floor, added smoke coming out of wheels/tires spin, added car' fake reflection on the floor, and racked the focus on the BG plate corresponding to the foreground green screen car plate as the car approaches the lens, etc.
